Typing "recomandirt " in Google Books you're directed to the Saxon postal regulations of 1712 where it's said:
It is hereby decreed that postal employees shall write the letters 'r.r.' on letters in which there is money or documents and write on ... (recomandirt?)
I'd like to know if this is the first known case in which the word "recomandirt" ( or another word with similar meaning) appears in the german postal sphere.
